CrazyPaws (Crazypaws Innovations Co., Ltd.) was established in Taiwan in 2011, focused on design and private label manufacturing for pet products. Behind it sits Go Well Enterprise — a group with factories running since 1991.
That structure decides what CrazyPaws can build. Pet products are rarely single-material. A harness needs webbing, plastic buckles, and metal D-rings; a feeding mat calls for silicone and fabric. Having plastic molding, metal fabrication, textile sewing, and silicone processing inside the same group — rather than sourced separately — means those components are coordinated from the start.
One system, three locations
Mass production for CrazyPaws is supported by manufacturing operations within the Go Well group, organized by what each plant does best:
Inside the Dongguan core — Dong Guan Best Choice Plastic & Hardware, with five specialized plants.
Manufacturing sites span Taiwan, Dongguan in China, and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, so production can be allocated across locations based on a brand's requirements — cost efficiency, capacity, or supply chain resilience.

Material decisions start during development
Material choice drives cost, compliance, and durability at the same time. We take part early in development rather than quoting after a spec is fixed.

Plastic, metal, fabric, and silicone are integrated within a single group, so a brand does not have to manage several factories and coordinate how different components align.

Compliance built into manufacturing
Products follow the regulations of their target market — California Proposition 65 in the US, REACH in the EU, RoHS for electronic products. The group's supply chain operates under ESG and GRS certification.
